process begins first and foremost with getting to know you, then letting our expertise guide
you to the design of your dreams.

Step 1:
We will start with an introductory email which explains our design philosophy, our project process and goes over our fee structure. Included in this email is our project questionnaire. This questionnaire was designed to get you thinking about your goals of your project and how best BDG can assist you in achieving those goals. We also touch on budgets and briefly go over some realistic numbers. Ultimately, this introductory email gives both you and our team the tools to help us determine if Bradford Design Group is the right design firm for your project.
Step 2:
Schedule an in-home consultation. A home should represent you and your family. It is important that we see your space so we can capture your personality and spirit of your lifestyle.
Step 3:
The next part is the fun part and our favorite step in the process. We will put together a few design schemes for you, which will include conceptual floor plans, lighting plans, proposed furniture selections, and proposed material selections.
Step 4:
Let's get this plan into motion. We can provide contractors, workrooms, and oversee the full scope of the project. If you have your own contractor, we are happy to meet with them and work together on your project.
Step 5:
Now that the hard part is done, it is time to finish it with accessories and personal touches. This is what makes a house into a home! We can mix in your most-loved accessories with some new pieces to bring new life into your home.
